2. Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) of delivery.

3. How Can Customers Return Products?

All returns must be made by mail to our designated return address.
At this time, in-store returns are not available.

4. Accepted Product Condition

We accept returns only for new, unused, and undamaged items that are in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

5. Restocking Fees

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

6. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective item, wrong product, or damaged order), you pay no return cost.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size, incorrect item chosen, or no longer wanted), you will pay the actual cost of return shipping.

7. Return Window (Days)

You have 14 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

8. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Products must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Items sent back without authorization may not be processed.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Gift cards and promotional giveaways.
  • Used, altered, or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (such as earbuds or wearable items).

10. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step Guide)

We’ve made the return process easy and transparent. Please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email our Customer Support Team at support@anycases.co within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order.
In your email, include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your return (e.g., defective item, wrong size, change of mind)
  • Clear photos or videos of the product (if it’s damaged or incorrect)

Step 2 – Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether your return is approved.
Once approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • The return shipping address
  • Detailed return instructions for packaging and shipping your item

Returns sent back without prior approval or a valid RAN may not be accepted or refunded.

Step 3 – Package the Product Securely

Repack the item carefully using the original box or a similar protective package to avoid damage during transit.
Include your order number and RAN inside the parcel.

Step 4 – Ship the Item

Ship the parcel to the address provided using a trackable courier service USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and other international logistics providers.
Keep your tracking receipt until your return has been processed.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 5 – Confirmation of Receipt

Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation and begin the inspection process.

Step 6 – Refund or Replacement

After inspection:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) to your original payment method.
  • If eligible, we can also send a replacement item instead of a refund.

11. Return Address / Location

Return addresses vary depending on your country.
Once your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address (UK or international warehouse) in your confirmation email.

Do not return items without prior authorization — unauthorized packages may not be processed.

12. Damage and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos or videos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund, including all shipping fees, at no cost to you.

13. Refund Procedure

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll send you an email confirmation that we have received your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

14. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order through our website.

15. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

16. Customs Duties and International Returns

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
These fees are non-refundable.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees, wrong address, or delivery refusal, we will refund the product price only (minus any shipping or handling costs).

17. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  • Contact your payment provider.
