7. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
During peak periods (holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

8. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 04:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed on the following business day.

9. Delivery Terms & Carriers

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations might not be possible.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.

14. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Report any parcel damage within 48 hours of delivery (with photos if possible).
  • For lost packages, contact us at support@anycases.co so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

15. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
